Finance and Office Administrator
Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a Castle Donnington based business to recruit an experienced Finance and Office Administrator on a permanent basis. you'll be joining a close-knit team that values honesty, hard work, and a good sense of humour. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to help with Purchase Ledger and general transactional duties. However, the role will also require general administration and creating social medial content.
Key responsibilities incudes:
Processing all supplier invoices and making sure nominal coding in Sage is correct
Digitally filing all supplier invoices once in Sage
Dealing with finance emails accordingly
Reconciliation & verification of Credit Card Statements
Administration work for Health & Safety Manager
Create Social Media content for engagement and publish
You may be required to undertake other roles periodically at the Finance Directors requires
