ICTS Project Engineer – Security Systems
Location: UK / Europe (Extensive travel across Europe)

Salary: £50-60,000 DOE
Holt Engineering Group is working with a well-established and forward-thinking security systems provider delivering cutting-edge electronic security and life-safety solutions across the UK and Europe.
We’re recruiting for an experienced ICTS Project Engineer to support the delivery of advanced integrated security systems across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support installation teams in the delivery of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
* Ensure all works are completed to specification, compliance standards, and client expectations
* Supervise site activities, acting as Senior Installation Engineer where required
* Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning
* Coordinate project delivery with internal departments and client stakeholders
* Occasionally project-manage smaller installations on-site or within the service department
* Travel regularly across Europe, with periods of time spent working away
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in security system installation, commissioning, or project engineering
* Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated systems
* Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors on-site
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* High level of professionalism with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
* Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe
* Full UK driving licence
