About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their friendly and experienced Early Years team from November 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and fostering a love of learning in every child. You will play a key role in shaping the start of each pupil's school journey, creating a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment where all children can flourish.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
Delivers engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Is reflective, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional growth
Brings energy, warmth, and enthusiasm to every aspect of school life
