Job Title: Management Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across Wales
Salary: up to £31,000 plus fantastic benefits package
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria
* Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management.
* Must have experience within Project Management, or hold a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar.
* Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development.
* Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable).
* Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.
Duties
* Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management and Project Management.
* Support learners to achieve the essential skills in literacy, digital literacy and numeracy.
* Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and share experiences.
* Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end‑point assessment.
* Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Work to learner review and completion timescales.
