Finance Business Partner – Sales & Marketing
Commercial Finance | FP&A | Data & Insights | KPI Reporting | Business Partnering
We're looking for a driven Finance Busines Partner - Sales and Marketing to join our Retail division, supporting Sales & Marketing performance through financial insight and data-driven analysis. This is a high-impact, analytical role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver monthly management accounts and KPI reporting for Sales
* Produce weekly and monthly performance insights
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Prepare board-level reporting and analysis
* Partner with sales and marketing teams to influence decisions
* Analyse pricing, discounts, and sales performance trends
* Support commercial projects and change initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics
What We're Looking For
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Strong experience in FP&A, data analysis, and reporting
* Advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
* Ability to turn data into clear commercial insight
* Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
