Vehicle Technician
£39,232 basic | £49,000 OTE (time saved bonus + team profit)

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
* Servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
* Completing maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt replacements, supported by digital job card systems.
* Carrying out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to high workshop standards.
What We’re Looking For
* A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally with both servicing and warranty exposure.
* Strong teamwork, process discipline and a commitment to safety and quality.
* MOT Licence is desirable, but full training can be provided.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to progress your career as a Vehicle Technician through accredited manufacturer training.
