Our client, a highly regarded UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager / Head of Recruitment to cover a 12-month maternity leave.
You’ll lead a small team of three, managing both lateral and early careers recruitment across the firm. With 400 employees all under one roof in the City, this is a role where you can make a visible impact - owning the entire talent acquisition function and shaping how the firm attracts and retains exceptional people.
The Firm combines scale with personality. Big enough to have a genuine presence, yet small enough to get to know everyone and see the impact of your work. You’ll join a collaborative, down-to-earth wider People team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
