Front of House Manager (Full Time)

We are now looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Front of House Manager to lead our team full time.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be the manager on site, responsible for running front of house service smoothly and professionally while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere Sage is known for.
You will lead by example, hold standards high, and ensure the team is motivated, organised and accountable.
Working Hours
We are open:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Closed Tuesdays
Opening hours are 9:00am – 3:00pm, however managerial prep and closing responsibilities mean hours will typically be:
Approximately 8:00am – 4:00pm
Some flexibility may occasionally be required for scheduling, stock checks or team management.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as manager on site during service
* Leading and supporting the front of house team
* Creating and managing weekly staff schedules
* Resolving rota issues, including arranging cover when staff are absent or shifts are cancelled
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
* Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
* Keeping staff accountable and performance high
* Training and onboarding new team members
* Managing stock levels for front of house
* Overseeing cleanliness, presentation and daily standards
* Handling customer queries or concerns professionally
* Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* supporting social media content creation.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality management or senior supervisor role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Confident making decisions and managing a team
* Comfortable handling performance conversations when needed
* Calm and solution-focused under pressure
* Professional, reliable and approachable
* High personal standards and attention to detail
Salary
Circa £14 per hour, dependent on experience.
