We’re partnering with a highly respected engineering and design consultancy to find a talented Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating compelling content, shaping brand narratives, and bringing technical projects to life through engaging storytelling.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping elevate the company’s profile internally and externally while supporting wider business development and marketing initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
* Creating and managing content across digital channels including social media, website, newsletters and internal communications
* Developing engaging project stories, case studies, award entries and thought leadership content
* Collaborating with technical teams to translate complex information into accessible, audience-friendly messaging
* Supporting brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials
* Coordinating marketing assets including CVs, presentations, imagery and promotional collateral
* Monitoring campaign and communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement
* Assisting with bids, proposals, events and wider business development activity
* Working alongside leadership teams to deliver high-quality marketing and communications initiatives across the business
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience within communications, marketing, content or brand-focused roles
* Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to simplify technical or complex information into engaging content
* Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Experience working with stakeholders across different levels of a business
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
* Familiarity with social media scheduling and content management tools
* An interest in architecture, engineering, sustainability or the built environment would be highly advantageous
