Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Lead Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and client engagement activities for our Oracle ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background across Manufacturing, Order Management, Purchasing, and Inventory modules, along with proven client‑facing and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business solution discussions, performing fit‑gap analysis, and driving solution design.
* Coordinate with offshore and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Engage directly with clients for requirement gathering, documentation, and validation.
* Oversee cutover, conversion, go‑live, and production support phases.
* Manage SIT/UAT testing, training, and testing support activities.
* Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions proactively.
* Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation and framework.
* Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
* Oracle Manufacturing (MFG)
* Oracle Order Management (OM)
* Oracle Purchasing (PO)
* Oracle Inventory (INV)
Deep understanding of Item/BOM/Routing, Costing, and Order Management functional areas.
Experience leading client‑facing engagements and testing cycles independently.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) will be an advantage.
Exposure to cross‑functional modules and integrations.
