2nd / 3rd Line Project Support Engineer - 4-Month Contract
Location: Central London (On-site 4 days per week)
Duration: 4 months
Our London-based client is seeking an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Project Support Engineer for an initial 4-month contract to assist with project work focused on Intune. This is a hands-on role and will include supporting a busy Microsoft-focused environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for contributing to ongoing infrastructure improvements and assist with Intune and Microsoft 365 administration. You will also be on hand for providing advanced technical support, managing escalated incidents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD environments
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across the business
* Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint issues
* Support system upgrades, patching, and configuration work
* Be available for on-site support 4 days per week and over the Christmas period
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
* Proven background in 2nd / 3rd line support
* Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policies
* Experience or knowledge of networking or security is advantageous
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Available to start quickly and commit to on-site work in London
