And if you need support with your online application or you need to apply another way, we’ve got you covered there, too. Just reach out to avivaearlycareers@aviva.com “What I love most about Aviva is the support. The company’s core value of ‘Care’ isn’t just about customers – it’s about employees too. I’ve been fortunate to join a group of likeminded colleagues, and we’re all learning together, helping each other as we progress.” - Current Graduate The role Our Actuarial roles are based in Bristol, Norwich and York. We champion hybrid working at Aviva (typically three days in the office and two days from home), so you’ll need to live within commuting distance of the office where your chosen role is based. You’ll get the benefit of spending time with colleagues in real life as well as gaining more work-life balance. Join our Actuarial Graduate Pathway and dive into a world where data meets decision-making. Over four to five years, you’ll rotate through different teams every 18 months - exploring everything from Healthcare Reporting to cutting-edge Data Science and Digital projects. It’s variety with purpose, giving you a 360° view of how actuaries drive real-world impact. While you build your experience, you’ll also be studying for the Institute of Actuaries exams. Every pass brings a pay rise, and once qualified, you’ll be earning a market-leading salary that reflects your expertise and dedication. But it’s not just about exams and rotations.
