Are you an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor (MRICS) looking to progress your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential global brand for a talented Surveyor to join their expanding property team. Key Responsibilities
* Support strategic acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
* Conduct rolling property inspections to maintain standards
* Manage compounds, vacant property security, and risk reduction
* Work with retained agents on business rates appeals
* Maintain accurate property records in Qube
* Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
What Youll Need
* Degree in Real Estate, Commercial Estate Management, or similar
* MRICS qualified with 2+ years PQE
* Commercial property management experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence + flexibility to travel nationwide
* Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
