Milk Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a school-based nursery in Blyth. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with SEND. No formal qualifications are required.

Role

1. Support children with SEND and additional needs

2. Assist with activities and outdoor play

3. Help children develop social, emotional, and communication skills

4. Observe and report on progress

5. Maintain a safe and organised environment

6. Promote an inclusive atmosphere

Requirements

7. Experience supporting children with SEND

8. Caring and patient approach

9. Strong communication and teamwork skills

10. Willingness to support child-led learning

11. DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
