Financial Accountant
Qualified Financial Accountant required for a Market Drayton based Landscape Products / Estate Property company.
Salary level - £50,000 - £55,000 plus Bonus, 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays.
Key duties will involve managing while retaining hands-on knowledge with all accounting processes, including management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting & more.
Providing financial advice & strategy to senior management to support decision-making & future planning.
Oversee a small finance team, ensuring targets/deadlines & accuracy are achieved.
Provide financial analysis, take a lead on improving processes/systems & ensure compliance with financial regulators.
To be considered for this varied finance role, experience in a similar position with ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
Experience in process improvement, strong communication skills to build internal / external relationships at all levels, along with being able to manage workloads & meet deadlines.
Key MS Excel skills, experience in a range of financial systems with a hands-on and proactive working approach.
Ideally, experience within small/medium-sized organisations in a hands-on and varied role.
Specific experience required : export experience, online/digital sales, online/digital sales and IT Knowledge.
