Overview
We're looking for a People Analytics Team Manager to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden. Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 Day per week. Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 7.5 hour day between 8am and 5.30pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
* Leading and mentoring a team of People Analytics Specialists
* Managing reporting operations and maintaining the reporting calendar
* Delivering dashboards, reports, and visualisations to senior stakeholders
* Collaborating with HR, IT, and business units to ensure data accuracy and relevance
* Driving continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of self-service reporting tools
What are we looking for? / Qualifications
* You have experience in people analytics, HR reporting, and business intelligence
* You're confident using Power BI, DAX, Azure, and advanced Excel
* You're a strong communicator and leader with excellent data storytelling skills
* You understand HR metrics, compliance, and data governance
