Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily seafood and meat preparation activities.

Expertly perform fish scaling, cleaning, filleting, cutting, and portioning.

Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese-style seafood dishes.

Ensure premium quality, freshness, and presentation standards are maintained at all times.

Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.

Monitor stock levels, product rotation, and minimize wastage.

Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of knives, tools, and kitchen equipment.

Coordinate effectively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
