We’re working with an innovative AI software business that is transforming the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. With proven enterprise clients already using their platform internationally, they are now expanding across the UK and Europe and are looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Director to lead regional growth.

The Role
As Enterprise Director, you’ll take ownership of strategic enterprise sales across the UK and Europe. You’ll engage with architecture practices, engineering consultancies, contractors, developers, and infrastructure organisations, leading complex commercial conversations from first engagement through to long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the founder and senior leadership team, helping shape go‑to‑market strategy, commercial processes, and growth plans across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead enterprise sales engagements from prospecting through to contract close and account growth
* Build strategic relationships with major AEC organisations across the UK and Europe
* Navigate complex stakeholder environments including procurement, operations, BIM, technical teams, and executive leadership
* Support commercial strategy including pilots, pricing, qualification processes, and market entry plans
* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementations
* Feed market insight back into product positioning and wider growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
* Proven enterprise software sales experience into the AEC sector
* Background selling into architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or built environment organisations
* Experience managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable operating in a high-growth or early-stage environment with autonomy
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
* Experience from businesses such as Autodesk, Bentley, Procore, Trimble, Bluebeam, Solibri, Hexagon or similar would be highly advantageous
