Regional Acquisition Manager

Experience in DDA Compliance will offer a distinct competitive edge.The OpportunityAs Regional Acquisition Manager, you will play a central role in delivering the annual national hub acquisition programme — identifying, negotiating, and securing sites across the UK. With c.85 hubs and 145 sites already in operation, the organisation is now scaling rapidly, targeting 70–100 new sites per year.This role is field-based with flexibility to work from home, alongside regular collaboration with colleagues and partners nationwide. Key Responsibilities
* Lead site acquisition delivery as part of the national programme, meeting individual targets within the 70–100 hubs pa rollout.
* Manage external property agents and legal consultants, ensuring aligned, timely programme delivery.
* Oversee lease event management, ensuring hubs operate in full compliance with lease terms.
* Conduct annual reviews and benchmarking of property suppliers in partnership with Procurement — maintaining a best-in-class consultant panel.
* Identify and escalate cold spots or long-term delivery challenges, working with internal teams on interim service solutions.
* Track, analyse, and report KPIs, forecasts, time/cost/quality performance, and weekly/periodic updates.
* Ensure robust governance, including stage approval processes and DOA requirements for acquisitions and lease sign-off.
* Manage weekly and periodic consultant performance and programmes.
* Support the Senior Programme Manager in pipeline tracking and national rollout delivery.
* Manage financial performance against budget, ensuring all authorisations and controls are followed.
What We’re Looking For
* RICS Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent experience) with a strong background in retail acquisitions or property portfolio management.
* A proven deal-maker who enjoys negotiating, influencing, and delivering outcomes at pace.
* Strong programme management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
* Someone who thrives in a purpose-driven, high-growth, people-focused culture.
* Experience with DDA compliance is highly advantageous.
