What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a varied residential caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and investment/buy-to-let matters.
* Working within an accredited conveyancing framework supported by modern systems and clear processes.
* Providing responsive, accurate client service from instruction through to completion.
* Collaborating with a specialist leasehold enfranchisement and reform team, with opportunities to broaden your expertise in more complex residential/leasehold matters.
About You
* 2+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Confident running your own files with appropriate supervision.
* Strong IT capability and comfortable using modern case management systems.
* Clear, professional communication and a commitment to excellent client care.
