The successful candidate will manage costs relating to highway projects from the initial planning stages through to project completion, ensuring these projects remain within budget and adhere to legal and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Calculating the quantities and costs of materials, labour, and time required for projects.
Budget Management: Ensuring projects stay within budget and identifying potential cost savings.
Contract Preparation: Preparing tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities.
Risk Management: Managing risks and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance: Ensuring projects meet all legal and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Experience in highway projects.
