Finance Coordinator
Location: London
Shift Pattern: Permanent (Monday-Friday)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £36,000-£38,500 depending on experience
About the Role
We are seeking aproactive and organised Finance Coordinator to support our London operationalteams across three key sites. This role is vital in improving spend control,monitoring and analysing costs, and providing financial reporting to driveefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Support finance activities for the London business across three sites
* Monitor and analyse costs to improve spend control
* Provide financial reporting to support operational efficiencies
* Manage weekly EprophIT trading and ensure fixed spends are captured
* Oversee the site variable order tracker, ensuring all costs are correctly recorded
* Complete monthly site returns
* Track and manage expenses against budget
* Support management with ad hoc requests, analysis, monthly reports, and change controls
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong numeracy skills
* Competency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Team player with strong customer service skills
* Experience with EprophIT and SAP reporting is an advantage (training provided)
