Key skills and experience required
* Strong technical and construction detailing expertise
* Experience producing detailed tender packages
* Solid understanding of UK building regulations
* High‑end hospitality and residential interiors experience
* Proactive, communicative, and confident working both collaboratively and independently
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred
* Experience with NBS specifications advantageous
