Car Park Officer

The Car Park Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the car park, delivering excellent customer service at all times. The role involves monitoring parking activity, enforcing site regulations, and supporting visitors to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patrol the car park to maintain safety and security
2. Enforce parking terms and conditions in line with site policies
3. Provide assistance and directions to customers and visitors
4. Monitor CCTV and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity
5. Carry out routine checks of equipment, signage, and payment systems
6. Liaise with the control room and emergency services where necessary
Key Skills:
7. Strong customer service skills
8. Good observation and attention to detail
9. Ability to remain calm under pressure
10. Clear communication and teamwork
11. Basic IT and reporting skills
What we are looking for
12. Previous Security Experience
13. SIA License SG/DS and CCTV
14. SC Clearance desirable
15. Knowledge of Car Park systems desirable.
