My client is on a mission to reinvent business banking in the UK
Backed by top global VCs and fresh from transforming payments, they are now expanding into the UK and need a Customer Success Lead to shape the journey.
You'll:
* Build & lead their UK Customer Success team
* Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention
* Drive regulatory excellence (FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR)
* Be the voice of the customer across the business
You are:
* 5+ years in fintech/financial services success or account mgmt
* Experienced team leader
* Strong communicator & problem solver
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
