The Role
We are looking for a "Graduate Building Surveyor" to join their Net Zero team. Based locally to the Bridgwater area you will be involved and trained in the following type of work:
1. Retrofit Assessments
2. EPCs
3. Stock Condition Surveys
4. Compiling maintenance schedules
5. Ensuring properties meet regulatory standards.
6. Arranging appointments with tenants and clients
7. Diary management
8. Detailed inspections of the fabric and services of properties in relation to the
9. energy efficiency
10. Highlighting health and safety issues including - damp/mould, fabric defects and safeguarding
The idea candidate
We are for a "Graduate Building Surveyor" with the following skills and attributes:
11. Local / commutable to the Bridgwater region
12. BSc level or above in Building Surveying or Construction related degree
13. Previous experience within the industry as a building surveyor, domestic energy assessor ideal but not essential
14. Good IT skills and interpersonal skills with client focused approach.
15. A diligent and detail-oriented approach.
16. A full driving Licence and use of your own vehicle - Car Allowance and Mileage Paid - (travel is an essential part of the role)
17. This role will require a DBS check to be carried out
