Position Overview
Administrative support role in the St Paul's Eye Unit, responsible for all aspects of administration, call centre, reception work, registering referrals, booking appointments, and preparing relevant paperwork. This role handles the high-volume patient department.
Key Responsibilities

* Book appointments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain an organised, systematic approach to all tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in an administrative environment, preferably within the NHS.
* Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication, planning and organisational abilities.
* Computer literate with proficiency in standard office software.
