The Role:
Our client is looking for a Contracts Co-ordinator to join a friendly team, where you will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering small projects and installation works in line with company standards, procedures, and client expectations.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Coordinator:
* Coordinate the delivery of projects and installations from order receipt through to completion and handover.
* Ensure all project outcomes align with client requirements, specifications, budget limits, and agreed timelines.
* Manage project documentation, including risk assessments, RAMS, permits, progress reports, and completion certificates.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving queries, and maintaining professional communication to ensure satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain detailed work schedules for installation teams and subcontractors.
* Monitor progress against plans and proactively manage adjustments as needed.
* Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure site readiness.
* Facilitate effective communication and coordination between office teams, on-site staff, and clients.
* Ensure full compliance with quality, health & safety, and operational procedures.
* Support senior management in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in project coordination and delivery efficiency.
The Candidate:
The successful Contracts Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities:
* Experience in a project co-ordination or project support.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate project records.
* Process-driven with a methodical approach to work.
* Customer-focused and professional in all communications.
* Team player who works effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
* Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
* Understanding of project management methodologies.
* Experience co-ordinating installation or site-based activities.
