To start asap.The Community Review Team has a pivotal role in the quality assurance of services received by people supported following a Self Directed Support assessment. The Community Review Team reviews support under all 4 SDS options.The Social Workers within the team undertake individual reviews with service users to ensure the care and support provided meets individual's outcomes, maximising people’s independence and is delivered cost effectively, in addition to carrying out duties relating to Adult Support and Protection.**Home / Hybrid Working Consideration** Applications for home or hybrid working will be considered for this post in accordance with East Lothian Council’s Home Working and Worksmart Policies which can be found.
