Your responsibilities Responsibilities will include staff management, daily management of setting, activity planning, social media posts, communicating with parents and organisations, being responsible for key children and supporting families. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all statutory, legal and setting obligations are followed and met. You will need: a full and relevant level 3 qualification or above in childcare or equivalent at least 2 years’ experience in Early Years and have experience in a managerial/supervisory role robust knowledge of the EYFS extensive knowledge of safeguarding excellent organisation and communication skills the ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative the ability to manage your own time and prioritise tasks proven IT skills.
