* Supervising and supporting your team to ensure confidence, competence, and high standards in all aspects of care.
* Assisting residents with personal care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
* Administering medication safely and accurately, with thorough record‑keeping.
* Contributing to a positive, safe, and nurturing environment on the night shift.
