The National Aftersales Administration teams are remote teams responsible for creating and processing Finance and Maintenance contracts for our customers across the UK.

What We Offer
We are currently seeking a National Aftersales Contract Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover.
We seek an administrator experienced in fast-paced, data-entry roles, with customer service background, capable of meeting deadlines and targets.
You will be part of both a national team and a regional depot team.
The Contract Administration Team handles finance contracts, contract extensions, pay-as-you-go contracts, contract modifications, RPI price adjustments, billing targets, and cash flow management. Training on SAP system will be provided.
Your responsibilities include arranging transport with third-party hauliers, coordinating pickups and deliveries, liaising with customers, and managing maintenance and inspection plans to meet H&S standards.
