Senior Account Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £33,000-£45,000 DOE

My client is looking for a highly organised and client-focused Senior Account Manager to lead cross-channel media campaigns across a dynamic mix of clients, from food to finance. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing projects from briefing to execution with the support of an Account Executive and reporting to a Business Director.
This role blends strategy, delivery, and collaboration-working closely with channel specialists to ensure campaigns across digital, OOH, press, and more exceed expectations. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, analytical thinker, and proactive problem solver with at least 4 years of marketing/advertising experience, ideally within a full-service UK media agency.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead day-to-day client comms and project management
2. Deliver media plans aligned with client goals
3. Analyse campaign performance and report insights
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
5. Mentor junior team members and support their growth
What we’re looking for:
6. 4+ years’ experience in media/advertising (including at least 2 in a UK media agency)
7. Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical skills
8. Strong knowledge of planning & buying tools (TGI, Telmar, Ad Intel, etc.)
9. Experience in both online and offline media
10. Line management and client presentation experience a plus
