to join our weekend team in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide person-centred, 1:1 support to a young woman living with a brain injury, helping her live a more independent and fulfilling life.
About the Role
Working as both a
Support Worker
and
Complex Care Assistant, you'll be part of a 2:1 care team supporting a sociable and energetic client. She enjoys being active in the community and requires consistent, high-quality care due to complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities Provide tailored, compassionate care as a
Support Worker
and
Complex Care Assistant Assist with personal care, mobility, daily routines, and community activities Carry out clinical tasks including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and oxygen therapy Administer medications and manage seizures confidently Maintain thorough and accurate care documentation Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and colleagues What We're Looking For Experience as a
