Many Studios is looking for an Admin & Communications Coordinator to provide core admin and marketing support in our Glasgow East End building.
Job Description
Many Studios is a women and LGBTQ+ led, independent arts organisation and Community Interest Company founded in 2012. We provide a creative environment with over 80 members, 42 workspaces, a venue for hire and local and international community‑led projects.
The Admin & Communications Coordinator will work with the General Manager and directorial team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and our building. The role combines core administrative support, membership and external booking management, website and social media oversight, and broader promotion of services.
This role is primarily desk‑based but requires occasional reception duties and facility management from the building.
Contract & Remuneration
Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata (2 days / 14 hours a week, permanent)
Location: 3 Ross Street, Glasgow, G1 5AR
Job Requirements
* Experience working in an administrative role.
* Experience with social media, digital marketing and/or sales.
* Confidence in IT systems and software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Xero.
* Open and welcoming manner, enjoys meeting new people and developing community relationships.
* Keen interest in the creative industries.
* Sound awareness of accessibility issues and environmental values.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.
