About the Role:
As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance across a large multi-site estate. You will play a key strategic and leadership role, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent standards and customer service, while driving commercial performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the operational performance of a wide portfolio of stores across the region, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency.
* Inspire, develop, and manage a team of senior leaders and store managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Drive strategic operational initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
* Partner with the executive team to align operational activity with the company's overall strategic goals.
* Utilise data and performance insights to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
* Champion a customer-centric mindset across the business, ensuring outstanding experiences at every touchpoint.
* Maintain full compliance with all health, safety, and legal obligations across the estate.

* A proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role (e.g., Operations Director, Head of Retail, Regional Director) within retail or hospitality.
