Job Title: Lead Security ArchitectLocation: Remote with occasional travel to LondonDuration: 12-Month ContractClearance: BPSS RequiredOverviewWe are supporting a major UK-based digital transformation programme seeking an experienced Lead Security Architect to provide leadership across enterprise security architecture.This role will play a critical part in shaping secure system design, embedding security principles across delivery, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions in a complex, large-scale environment.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the security architecture and design of systems and services across a large digital estateDevelop, maintain, and review secure architecture patterns, standards, and principlesEnsure security requirements are embedded throughout the solution lifecycleEngage with senior stakeholders to communicate security risks, trade-offs, and design decisionsAssess and provide guidance on complex and high-impact security risksContribute to enterprise architecture decisions, security strategy, and transformation initiativesResearch, evaluate, and apply emerging security technologies and innovative solutionsAct as a technical escalation point for architects and engineering teamsSupport governance activities, including quality assurance of architecture deliverablesPromote and influence security best practices across technical and non-technical teamsRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience operating as a Security Architect or Enterprise Architect within large, complex environmentsStrong capability in designing and reviewing secure systems at scaleDemonstrable experience managing and articulating complex security risksDeep understanding of modern security architecture, principles, and technologiesExperience working on cloud-based or large-scale transformation programmesStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiencesDesirable ExperienceExperience working within public sector or healthcare environmentsKnowledge of UK government or industry security standards and frameworksExposure to enterprise-level security strategy and governanceExperience contributing to or working within large-scale digital transformation programmesAdditional InformationThis is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact programme, contributing to the delivery of secure, scalable digital services while working alongside senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
