Senior Product Manager - Electrophysiology - Image Guided Therapy As a Senior Product Manager EP IGT-S you will drive the strategic development, marketing execution, and commercial performance of IGTS solutions in the Electrophysiology domain, leveraging customer insights and cross‑functional collaboration. Build strong customer relationships, lead KOL engagement, and ensure continuous portfolio improvement through data‑driven feedback.
Your role:
Define the integral proposition, including required 3rd party products, for IGTS in the Electrophysiology procedural domain based on market- and customer insights, ranging from creation of value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets.
Define and execute yearly marketing plan and work with the overall segment team to create the overall segment strategy.
Monitor performance of our portfolio in this domain and commercially maintain our IGTS solutions with the required marketing assets and activation in collaboration with the local markets.
Work with customers, develop a Key Opinion Leaders network, provide critical deal support, partner with markets, and internal stakeholders.
Collecting and monitoring customer feedback data to identify potential product quality issues and uses the data to prioritize scope for upcoming maintenance programs.
You're the right fit if you have the following experience and skills:
Bachelors / Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent track record.
At least 8 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management.
Experience in the field of Electrophysiology is a must, having a customer KOL network is a plus.
Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and ability to strategize on product and solution development.
Strong conceptual skills; ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and experience with Value Proposition development.
Proficient withAI-assistedtools (such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) and can apply them responsibly for insights, and workflow acceleration.
Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization as well as with business partners and customers. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with multiple and diverse markets.
Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach.
