It involves: Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM). Understanding and up selling of services including ancillary and peripheral products. Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings. Weekly Arrears management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
