Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead product innovation, streamline launches, and drive strategic growth within a highly collaborative environment. The position can be based either at our Greater Manchester site in Bolton, UK or near our Vaihingen site in Germany, with travel expected approximately 25% of the time. In this role you will be doing Product Portfolio & Roadmap Management Act as the gatekeeper for the Flooring product range, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy Maintain and update the product roadmap, packaging, and labelling to improve efficiency and profitability Approve new product variants and actively rationalize the portfolio to optimize performance Product Launch & Project Management Lead the full project management of new product introductions using our NPI framework Coordinate trial batches, field trials, and stock build for successful launches Develop launch packages including marketing literature, technical documentation, and training materials Align and communicate launch timelines with internal stakeholders Documentation & Communication Ensure availability and accuracy of product literature (brochures, systems guides, TDS, MSDS, DoP) Maintain Pathfinder and Service Level Agreements Support website updates and ensure product information is current and relevant Testing & Certification Coordinate product testing and certification needs across the EMEAI region Proactively identify additional testing and approvals to support sales growth Communicate testing status with sales and stakeholders Thought Leadership & Training Develop or coordinate thought leadership content (articles, webinars) to build market credibility Deliver and coordinate training for sales teams and technical service teams Support applicator training through collaboration with technical experts Reporting Issue monthly 30-60-90 day aged stock reports to support inventory management and decision-making What we are ideally looking for Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience Proven experience in Product Management or a Technical Role within Resin Flooring systems Strong commercial acumen and understanding of product profitability In-depth flooring product and application knowledge Ability to provide technical guidance to improve product quality and operational efficiency Skilled in communicating technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences Willing to travel up to 25% of the time Desirable: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Operations Management, or a related field Understanding of advanced technical principles (e.g. lab, R&D practices) Familiarity with industry-specific product applications and procedures Multilingual: English plus ideally two additional languages such as French, Italian, or German What we can offer you Work-life balance that supports your wellbeing Competitive compensation programme Bonus plan to reward your impact Private medical insurance Career growth opportunities in a truly international environment Be part of innovation leaders in the protective coatings industry Access to Sherwin Academy for continuous training at all levels Wellbeing, mental health, women & inclusion networks and support, and ID&E programmes that make a difference At Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
