Job Title: Business Support Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Administrator to ensure the smooth onboarding of new netball players into our 'You Play Netball' leagues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone, be adept at problem-solving, and able to think quickly. The role involves handling various administrative tasks, including coordinating with customers, umpires, and venues.
Main duties include:
1. Registering new customers on our automated website and assisting existing customers.
2. Communicating with customers via telephone and email.
3. Maintaining regular contact with current umpires and assisting in recruiting new umpires.
4. Sourcing and negotiating bookings with new venues to ensure sessions are held in key locations.
5. Updating our in-house online CMS daily.
6. Responding to email queries.
7. Performing ad hoc tasks to support the Head of Department.
