Job Title: Learning Lead / Learning and Development Specialist
Location: Swindon, UK
Job Type: Full-time contract, 6 months
Work Model: Hybrid (mostly remote work, with travel to Swindon as required)
Responsibilities:
1. Experience in L&D or a similar environment.
2. Ability to manage customer and stakeholder engagement groups, including EDI, Wellbeing, Talent, and learning providers.
3. Experience in reporting, evaluating, and analyzing e-learning and learning courses, including embedding techniques such as Kirkpatrick.
4. Knowledge of designing and delivering learning content, using tools like Rise 360.
5. Experience with public sector procurement, tendering processes, and bids related to learning providers and platforms.
6. Understanding and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms and system integration, particularly with Oracle Fusion.
7. Ability to manage booking and scheduling of training courses effectively.
