The Role:
* Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs
* Assist with classroom tasks and adapt learning activities as needed
* Help manage behaviour in line with school expectations
* Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
* Promote inclusion and ensure the pupil feels supported and valued
What We're Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEND (in school or other settings) is desirable
* A calm, adaptable, and resilient nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
