This is a unique role for a dynamic leader with the confidence to build a service from the ground up. You’ll take full ownership of operational setup, CQC registration, and the development of high-quality, person-centred complex care provision. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage a new Complex Care branch from inception to full operation. Lead the registration process and ensure full regulatory compliance. Oversee daily service delivery, performance, and quality standards. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing care team. Support business development by building strong relationships with commissioners, clients, and stakeholders. Maintain outstanding care standards aligned with CQC and company frameworks. Contribute to long-term growth and expansion initiatives. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Registered Manager within Complex Care. Demonstrated success in launching or managing new services. Strong understanding of CQC standards and governance. Commercial awareness and openness to engage in business development. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Based in or commutable to Greater Manchester.
