Key Responsibilities
* Support the strategic direction of the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, particularly in relation to equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI) and expansion of the CBT pathway.
* Bring leadership and clinical psychology training experience in the higher education sector.
* Exercise excellent project management and co‑production skills, enhancing links across NHS placements, charity and third‑sector collaborators.
* Support the Course Director, students and experts with strategic direction of the course related to EDI and the CBT Level 2 accredited pathway.
* Develop research interests in applied areas of clinical psychology and supervise Doctoral and Masters level research.
Qualifications
* HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist.
* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology recognised by the British Psychological Society.
* Significant NHS or University clinical psychology training experience.
* Demonstrable skills in supervision, training, leadership and management related to clinical psychology.
* For the CBT pathway strategic post: BABCP registration as a practitioner and supervisor.
