We're recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a well-established rural professional services team based in the Beauly area. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of rural consultancy services, including estate management, valuations, renewables, telecoms, and strategic land advice.

The Role
As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you will:
1. Deliver a wide range of rural professional services to a diverse client base
2. Undertake RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals
3. Manage agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate portfolios
4. Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves
5. Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage)
6. Support strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients
7. Contribute to estate management activities across rural holdings
8. Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients
9. Work across natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests where required
10. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality consultancy services
Chartered Rural Surveyor Requirements
11. MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
12. FAAV qualification desirable but not essential
13. Previous experience in rural surveying, estate management, or land agency
14. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
15. Letting Agent Registrar compliant qualification is desirable
16. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
