Role responsibilities include: * Collaborate with the business and project teams to understand the scope of projects. * Liaising extensively with external and internal clients. * Work closely with other teams in the business * Mapping and documenting project requirements. * Translating requirements into highly specified project briefs. * Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for business suitability. * Producing reports. * Planning and working to deadlines. * Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments. * Use data modelling practices to analyse requirements and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. You will have the following experience: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical business analysis role ideally within a software product company. * Financial services background (Required) * Proven track record of delivering complex analysis specifications and working with project teams to deliver successful results. * Good knowledge of project methodologies, especially Agile. * Problem solving. * Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations. * Methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind. * Presentation skills. * Initiative and self-confidence. * An interest in the way organisational processes work. * Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes. * Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change. * Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
