They are now looking for a Director of People & Culture to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As the Director of People & Culture, you will lead the development of our client’s people strategy, workplace culture and organisational growth.
Specifically, you’ll ensure the internal culture reflects our client’s core values, while championing practices that foster inclusivity, empowerment and sustainability across every level of the charity.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, you’ll represent the organisation with credibility and passion, acting as an ambassador and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You'll also lead the People and Culture team with integrity and purpose, supporting them to deliver high-impact results and strategic priorities within the realities of a not-for-profit environment.
About You
To be considered as the Director of People & Culture, you will need:
* To be a strategic level, people-focused leader
* A proven track record of influencing cultural and organisational development
* The ability to work effectively with Executive teams and Boards
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A collaborative, inclusive leadership approach
* A commitment to building talent, relationships and company culture
