Your role will involve managing existing accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. In addition to account management, you'll play a proactive role in driving new business by identifying and pursuing prospective customers. Strong knowledge of IT products and services – hardware, software, cloud, and managed services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Confident in client-facing roles and building lasting partnerships.
