About the Role
As a Level 3 SEN Specialist, applicants must hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and be able to communicate effectively in British Sign Language (BSL), supporting effective communication with a child who uses BSL in day‑to‑day nursery activities and routines, while promoting the child’s learning, social development, and overall wellbeing.

About our Nursery

What to Expect as a SEN Nursery Practitioner
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification, a minimum Level 2 British Sign Language qualification, and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
